Nominated by the readers of Shares, a leading weekly publication for market professionals and private investors, the 2009 Shares awards represent 26 categories of “bests” in the financial services industry.
GFT was selected in the following categories:
1. Best Online Broker
2. Best Active Trading Tools
3. Best Online Trading Platform
4. Best Spread Betting Service
5. Best CFD Provider
6. Best FX Broker
7. Financial Innovation of the year – Auto Chartist
8. Product of the year – DealBook® 360
This is the fourth year that GFT was nominated for Shares awards by its readers. Previously, GFT won “Best Foreign Exchange Broker” (2006); “Best Product of the Year: DealBook® 360 (2007) and “Best Active Trading Tools” (2008).
The 2009 nominees were made public in the Oct 1 issue of Shares magazine, and the winners for each category will be announced publicly at an awards dinner on 17, Nov. 2009 at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
