U.S. stocks got off to a bit of a rough start yesterday, but the Dow ended the day almost 28 points higher. Today, bulls are ready to go, excited by Intel earnings news.
Indeed, the earnings reports, while nothing stellar, have been mostly better than expected. This news that Quarter 2 earnings have been pretty decent, combined with upbeat earnings forecast for the remainder of the year, is providing impetus for optimism on Wall Street.
This optimism is leading higher U.S. stock futures, and speculation that the stock market could open higher today. The bulls are getting ready for a serious rally on Wall Street.
