Euro falters in forex trading
Right now, financial spread betting strategy concerning the euro in forex trading should consider that the 15-nation currency is slumping.

After the ECB announced that it would keep rates on hold, institution president Jean-Claude Trichet spoke about the decision -- and the future of the eurozone economy.

Trichet indicated that the eurozone economy is likely to weaken, and he also intimated that further rate hikes would be unnecessary. This has analysts considering that the ECB might cut rate by year's end.

In any case, this news has led the euro to slump its greatest in four years.
