Jitters have resurfaced in the financial sector, due in large part to worries that a $200 billion Fed plan may not be enough. MarketWatch reports on the European stock market:

The pan-European Dow Jones Stoxx 600 index (ST:SXXP: news, chart, profile) dropped 1.8% to 305.82 as stocks gave up gains made since the Federal Reserve acted to calm credit market jitters on Tuesday with a liquidity boost.
