With an expected U.S. rate cut, European stocks are on the rise again.
Spread bets and CFDs on the European stock market should consider that gains are being made. With an expected U.S. rate cut, European stocks are on the rise again. The Dow Jones Stoxx 600 is up today, and likely to remain higher for a while. National stock market numbers are also up, including the FTSE 100, DAX and CAC-40. The pan-European Dow Jones Stoxx 600 index moved up 1.1% to 322.20, as financials and miners performed well. This is the third time that the index has notched up gains in six trading sessions, although it is still off around 11% year-to-date.
