Bloomberg reports on tough months ahead for declining Japanese stock indices:
``These next three months are going to be the toughest for
the market,'' said Masaru Hamasaki, a senior strategist at
Toyota Asset Management Co., which oversees $3.3 billion in
Tokyo. ``Economic data out of the U.S. should continue to be
weak until the second half of the year. Even investors who want
to buy now because shares seem cheap are going to lose when they
