Many are worried about the effect that the slowing U.S. economy will have on demand for materials like copper. As a result, copper is down in commodities trading. Copper futures are dropping as investors see reason to believe that demand will decrease in the coming year. Bloomberg reports on copper in commodities trading:

``The market is not trusting the Fed's judgment,'' Robin Bhar, a metals analyst at UBS Ltd. in London, said today in a daily report. There is ``growing concerns'' about weakening copper demand, he said.
