News.com.au reports on Wednesday's expected Fed rate cut:
"Civil commentators were out overnight more or less dismissing the
idea that they would cut by 50-basis points given the (low) US
dollar,'' he said.
The market now largely expects the US Federal Reserves's (Fed)
Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) to cut rates by 25-basis points
