While many European stocks are floundering, and stock indices across Europe are down in general, shipping stocks may see gains. Bloomberg reports on European shipping stocks:
``When the dust settles, we could see these stocks moving
up'' by 20 percent by the end of the year, said Jonathan
Chappell, an analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York who
recommends Piraeus, Greece-based Navios and Genco of New York.
``The underlying fundamentals couldn't be better. Nobody is
