And as earnings come in for the second quarter, the European stock market is again showing its strength. Bloomberg reports on European stocks:
``The results are a confirmation that we are still in a
positive earnings environment,'' said Kevin Lilley, who helps
manage about $2.5 billion at Royal London Asset Management. ``That
