The benchmark FTSE 100 Index climbed 31.10, or 0.5 percent,
to 6666.30 at 12:07 p.m. in London. The FTSE All-Share Index rose
0.4 percent to 3443.06. Ireland's ISEQ Index jumped 0.7 percent
