They predicted
unanimously that the Fed would keep rates unchanged at 5.25
percent at its policy meeting on Wednesday. After the Fed's decision, the ECB and BoE set rates on
Thursday. The ECB is widely expected to keep rates unchanged at
3.75 percent before a hike to 4 percent in June, while the BoE
is expected to raise interest rates to 5.5 percent.
