Futures on the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50, a benchmark for the 12 countries using the euro, fell 1 to 3825 at 7:20 a.m. in London. The U.K.'s FTSE 100 Index may gain 1 to 5891, according to Finspreads, a spread-betting firm. "European markets are set for a flat open ahead of economic data releases and the Fed's announcement,'' said Martin Slaney, the head of spread-betting at GFT Global Markets in London.
