Oil Prices Decline

U.S. offers reserves
Financial spread betting on commodities like oil can be very interesting, especially in times like these. The price of oil is volatile right now, with Middle East strife and BP shutting down Prudhoe Bay in Alaska. Crude oil prices went to above $77 per barrel, but they have since dropped below $77 on the news that the U.S. will open its oil reserves to make up for the Alaska loss. Carefully consider events, and how they might affect commodities, before placing financial spread bets.
