Interest Rates on the Rise?

The semi-annual testimony before U.S. Congress to be given by the Chairman of the Federal Reserve is on the horizon. Chairman Bernanke is expected to raise interest rates at the next Fed meeting, but Bernanke himself has made interesting comments about being reluctant to raise them again. So, U.S. dollar bulls are a bit put out, but the inflation data has some of them still hopeful.
